From: Steve Smith Steve on 1 Dec 2006 07:20 I have Windows SBS 2003 installed on the following hardware : ASUS A8N-E Mainboard 939 with NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra Chipset AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 3800+ running at 2.01Ghz 2GB Ram Matched Corsair Memory NVIDIA Graphics Card 2x Western Digital WD2000JS-OOMHBO Sata HDD's HP DAT72 USB DAT Drive It has the following services configured : Domain Controller DHCP DNS File Sharing Printer Shares And there's Microsoft Exchange 2003 and Panda Antivirus Business Secure with Exchange My server spontaneously resets with BSOD giving either MEMORY_MANAGEMENT or PFN_LIST_CORRUPT as the reason I've caught it at times with WMIPRVSE.EXE running a process at 50% of the processing time and other times with 100% CPU Usage with the kernel going crazy on the left side (Task Manager) My users are starting to loose patience and I find myself just getting more annoyed at not knowing what the problem is and an inability to fix it. I've reinstalled all drivers I can think of, upgraded the chipset drivers and flashed the firmware with the latest 1013 for the motherboard. I'm just at odds as to what to do. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks Steve
From: DEV on 1 Dec 2006 07:48 Hi Steve, Could you please let us know the stop code with all the parameters that you are getting ? Was the server configured to create any memory dump ? If it was, boot into safe mode or Safe mode with networking and upload the dump somewhere so that we can analyse the dump and let you know which device driver is causing this to happen.
