So you don't think there is any way of removing the blue highlight in
the message list window ... ?

Worked as soon as I removede the tick here, no need to even close the
dialog box.

Well guys ... iMac 10.6.3 Mail 4.2

I unticked and it has absolutely NO effect on the highlighted threads. I
restarted mail. I also rebooted. No bananas.....
