Yes, it's POP3 and indeed Eudora does it ('Delete from server when emptied from trash') - can't see how to do it in Mail though. E.

I do the same with my Windows Turnpike settings and iPhone. That means I can read mail anywhere and still collect what I need on the main workstation later. Don't remember doing it in Mail, 'though - but didn't use it for long. -- duncank
