Using Outlook 2007. Is there any way I can default the Show time as: in
every new appointment as 'Free' instead of the default 'Busy'. Have read
other discussions where they can double click on the date to create the new
appointment and creating a new appoint in this manner defaults to 'Free' but
2007 doesn't appear to do that.

All-day events will have "Free" as the default "Show time as" value, but times
events will have "Busy" as the default. I don't think there's a way to change
that.

The default is Free for All day events. If you click the all day box to
disable then enable, does to switch to Free?
