Using Outlook 2007 with Windows 7. When I do an Instant Search of my Outlook
calendar, results do not return all instances of a calendared event.
[Example: if I've calendared "Lunch" every time I've gone or will go to
lunch, then do Instant Search for "Lunch," not all instances are returned in
the search result.]

I need to reach both backward and forward in my calendar to pull out ALL
instances of specific calendared events. There is a HELP section for Instant
Search in Outlook 2007, but it is aimed at searches of Mail, not Calendar.

What can I do to assure that Instant Search returns ALL instances of
specific items from my Calendar?

Thanks for the help . . .

If this is a recurring event, then there is only one item in the calendar. A
search will find it only once because it's in the calendar only once. The
recurrences aren't separate items. They're calculated from the one entry.
