If that error code is License Manager Error -96, we have a document on the

Hmm. Well, that's what the recommended solution mentioned at the end of the
above document suggests to do, so I think you should probably contact
Technical Support for further troubleshooting help. Sorry, the license
manager isn't in my area of expertise.
