They haven't exactly threatened not to honour, but have been v
prescriptive. Fair enough drives are fragile, but they want an anti
static bag, and those end bits that slot on.

I'm cloning onto it now and it's taking hours. Must be due to new disk
and 700 or so pics I put on there the other day .

With only one drive working it'll be reading at half the speed.

Well I'm cloning onto another drive in preparation for sending the semi-
bust one back.
