How could I display the subtitles of a MPEG-TS file?

It's a DMB-TH HDTV recording produced by DVBViewer Pro.

I found a reference that claims VLC can do what you want.
If not, at least it offers a way to extract the subtitles to .SUB and .IDX
files which are understood by many players.
