Hi Diane,
I apologize for the late response. For some reason, I am not receiving reply
notices when I post an item, and can't seem to find my posts afterwards. I
appreciate your time - we have solved this one. I apologize again that it's
been so long I can't remember how we did it. I believe we had to remove all
delegates from anyone in this one particular department, and I think we ended
up using the permissions tab instead.
