From: Mark on 13 Jan 2010 10:04 I've been using office 2007 almost since it's launch. I have updated and backed up (.pst) files, made a few amendments and now when I click to enter the calender, office crashes and has to be shut down. I have tried to repair the software through install/remove/repair in the control panel but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea apert from a re-install???
From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 13 Jan 2010 12:34 I'd try restarting outlook with the /cleanviews switch. This will delete any custom views you might have so I would make a backup of the pst. This way if it doesn't fix it, you can use the backup copy with the views intact. If it doesn't help, try a new profile. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "Mark" <Mark(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:E237BCCD-4E1C-47F6-8A5B-D1B34B065EFB(a)microsoft.com... > I've been using office 2007 almost since it's launch.
