I guess I'd have to ask why you think that's important?

If the server's name isn't resolvable in your External DNS, and your
internal network is protected by adequate security, there's no danger
of the machine being abused. If your preimeter security is breached it
won't take much longer than 30 seconds to find the server -- but at
that point you'll have much bigger problems to deal with.
