Anybody hear of a mosfet that only has a 7.5% increase in RDSON
between 25C and 100C.

Because according to ST the STD15NF10 is just such a mosfet.

I'm guessing this is a typo.

Data sheet pg7 figure 11.

The vertical axis should read 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0.

You would figure multi-million dollar corporations would have
competent proof readers.

Oh well better then Vishay's IRL120 Data sheet which has no labeling
for the X or Y axis.
