I dont have any mui pack on my end at the moment, so please try doing a:
muisetup /?

and check if you have the commands running correctly.

Also, try opening CMD and type the command:
muisetup.exe /i 0804.msi /s /r

See if it works.

If it works, save the text:
muisetup.exe /i 0804.msi /s /r
into a .BAT file and run this file to install on other servers.
