OK Bella

Now you know that you need 12 volts and the centre pin is positive
(+), all you have to do is to match the outside diameter of the plug,
and the diameter of the pin.
Most of the "Universal" PSUs have a range of plugs (mine does) and
these are usually reversable so that you can get the polarity (thats
the + and -) right.
Might be a good time to buy one - if the Mustek can be made to work
then you have an A3 scanner (just what you always wanted), and if not,
you have a Universal PSU for the next time you need one.

Bella - I've got one of those jobbies at home. I'll try to remember to
bring it over on Saturday to try out, then if it works you can get one
and if it doesn't it hasn't cost you anything.

Sorry, Bella, he's decided to hang onto p/s just in case he needs to put old
scanner in place (it works, but without some feature he likes).
