Sorry for the long post.

ServerA is an SBS 2003 R2 PDC on 0.xx
ServerB is a Win 2003 R2 DC on 2.xx subnet.
Both are catalog servers and seem to be working fine.
The following happened after SERVERB was set as a catalog server days
ago.

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: NTDS KCC
Event Category: Knowledge Consistency Checker
Event ID: 1801
Date: 2/5/2010
Time: 3:47:56 PM
User: NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON
Computer: SERVERA
Description:

The partition DC=DomainDnsZones,DC=aaa,DC=bbb,DC=com should be hosted at
site CN=SiteNameA,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=aaa,DC=bbb,DC=com, but
has not been instantiated yet. However, the KCC could not find any hosts
from which to replicate this partition.

The other server posts the same messages. With SERVERB and SiteNameB.

I have found posts that indicate this an orphaned DNS application
parition. Not sure it is or how to clean it up. Both servers seem to be
replicating.

Any ideas? Thanks.
