Is that how the super-crashy Windows 95 and 98 came to dominate a market that had operating systems that didn't crash a few times a day? It's an interesting question, since a monopoly was formed which has continued to abuse and distort the market in a host of unethical and illegal ways all these years since.

Nobody lost anything other than freedom, and I'm not surprised to see you feeling smug enough about that to use it for taunts. Luckily, thanks in part to actions of the U.S. Dept. of Justice and the the European Commission, it's tougher for Microsoft to crush freedom in the marketplace than it has been before. Despite your advice that people "get over it", the struggle to keep markets operating freely will probably continue; some people just seem to care a lot about freedom and are willing to go to great lengths to secure it despite naysayers such as you. Happy Fourth of July, Bottoms.
