From: gtr on 1 Apr 2010 14:54 I want to make use of Netflix's "watch instantly" feature using an Intel iMac. I bought a mini-dv to HDMI adaptor, then routed it on to my TV through a 10-foot hdmi cable. The TV then seems to be an additional monitor sitting to the (virtual) right of my current monitor. I can run the netflix movie in Safari, move that window to the right, expand it and then move the (still unexpanded) safari screen back to the left to be displayed on my monitor. This, then, leaves the full-screen version on the TV. But no audio. This seems kind of a hack. Are others doing this via HDMI? How do you view Netflix streaming with this setup? -- Thank you and have a nice day.

I went looking for such options, but before I connected them up. That option doesn't exist *until* I open hook them together. I'll try next time. -- Thank you and have a nice day.
