Actually, do any of them do that? Even if it was just a
Starbucks/Costa/Whatever? That would actually be quite cool.

It would. Well, as long as it was more the costa whatever than the
starbucks..
Do quite like the barnes and nobles for that

I'm frighteningly fond of Costa's All Day Breakfast butties - they're
just your typical bacon/egg affair but I'm addicted to the buggers.

I am disturbingly enamoured with their caramel slices. Sadly as I don't
think they are really that good as a health food or slimming aide.
