From: Sue Morton on 14 Feb 2010 13:38 I think my next system is going to be a 3-milliwatt z9999 with 999,999,999,999 cores (no HT needed), a 999,999,999gazillia-hz FSB and too much memory to count running in the 5th dimension. (One less bell to answer.) No cooling needed, these are completely and totally silent, and almost invisble so they're not an eyesore either. These don't support virtualization and they do require 15cuft of space, but some people are saying they're completely weatherproof. I have room in the back yard for a couple so that could be workable. I've also heard they function not only as wifi hotspots for all the neighbors within a square mile, but they can communicate with the Hubble space station and take lots of pictures for G'Bo's collection. Anyway, that's the system I'm doing my research on right now. :-D -- Sue Morton "Glennbo" <vdrumsYourHeadFromYourAss(a)cox.net> wrote in message news:Xns9D1F5A95F183DBrownShoesDontMakeIt(a)69.16.185.250... > In news:hl7vr1$174$1(a)news.eternal-september.org the killer robot "Here > In Oregon" <HIO(a)nospam.net> grabbed the controls of the spaceship > cakewalk.audio and pressed these buttons... > >> i7920 8 cores with hyper-threading >> Noctua NH-U9B SE2 92mm SSO CPU Cooler >> Corsair Dominator DD3 6GB >> 4 Hard Drives 2 new huge Western Digitals and two smaller and older >> Maxtors Corsair HX620 >> EVGA 9500 GT >> Plextor 24X DVD/CD >> Nexus and Noctua case fans >> Win7 64bit > > Did I mention that you suck! :) > > -- > Remove YourHeadFromYourAss to Reply by email > ________ __ > / ____/ /__ ____ ____ / /_ ____ > / / __/ / _ \/ __ \/ __ \/ __ \/ __ \ > / /_/ / / __/ / / / / / / /_/ / /_/ / > \____/_/\___/_/ /_/_/ /_/_.___/\____/ > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > Glennbo http://www.soundclick.com/glennbo > Non-Linear Sound http://www.soundclick.com/jambits > Hear My Music http://www.soundclick.com/ThePseudonyms

For a new board it is very sweet already. > Sue Morton >Sorry HIO it's not the 'bomb' for everyone :-( YMMV! Different strokes for different folks however with OE I had over 3 dozen message rules to limit spam. Granted, I might be getting a little more Spam now but WLM has caught every single one and threw them in the junk folder with *no* rules set up by me at all. I could go on but will spare you because you know stuff that I do not. However, I am surprised you did not mention my build today Sue. You are not jealous are you? You are; I can just tell. I am of the intuitive type. Admit it; you are a little jealous. >Glennbo Did I mention that you suck! :) That is one of the best complements ever man. Thank you! Yeah, but what can you overclock it to?

Shoot I didn't think of that. Darn it Bob, now you've caused me to have to spend more time researching that part too! -- Sue Morton "Bob Donald" <bdonald(a)panova.com> wrote in message news:tpOdnRuzhuHBPuXWnZ2dnUVZ_jKdnZ2d(a)supernews.com... > "Sue Morton" <867-5309(a)domain.invalid> wrote in message > news:hl9fv2$lb6$1(a)appyface.eternal-september.org... >>I think my next system is going to be a 3-milliwatt z9999 with >> 999,999,999,999 cores (no HT needed), a 999,999,999gazillia-hz FSB and >> too >> much memory to count running in the 5th dimension.
