I have never installed any sort of BlackBerry server without lots of yelling and screaming, especially on SBS. Some water and/or throat lozenges are also helpful. Also helpful is a lack of knowledge of ActiveSync-- that makes the pain a bit easier to bear. But you have to yell and scream. If you don't vent your frustrations somehow, there's no chance of getting a BlackBerry server installed without damage to equipment or bystanders.
