erm. . . I think the Subject header below explains why FileMenu Tools
hasn't been mentioned a *lot*. ;)

Subject: FileMenuTools 5.0 - now in English!

Hi Tony!

I tried. The only I found, was Alt-D (Alt-F, for the English NT) Alt-N
Alt-O (probably Alt-D, for Drawer, English...), in a Windows window.

One-key shortcuts are probably managed by third-party utils....

Best regards,

Create Directory (CreateDir.exe) AVAILABLE AT:
http://mc-computing.com/WinExplorer/WinExplorerCookBook.htm

form the web page:.......
[CreateDir.exe is 169 kb, Copyright Mar 1999 by Robert Clemenzi, You may
use it freely as long as I get credit.]

here's another option that works easily.

download and extract the createdir zip somewhere.

I have win xp with classic view enabled. i don't use themes but you
should be able to find the view folder.

In My Computer or Explorer, View, ........ folder Options.../File
Types....
choose (None)Folder. ..........in Advanced, ..........

click New....

this brings up a two-line box.......

name the action to create directory or whatever you want to show up on
right click command.

below find the path to the createdir .exe using Browse, (wherever you
extracted it.)

click OK, (DO NOT CLICK MAKE DEFAULT) and the registry makes the change
automatically. its ready to go.

To use:

In Explorer or My Computer, whatever you use, Right-click on any
directory drive or folder icon there is a create directory command. the
path is created automatically, just add a name.
