Filezilla is highly recommended as you can see. The one I have settled
on because it works better with some sites I must access is Core FTP
LE. It's also more like WS FTP LE in user interface.

I dunno (I'm not booting much in Windows anymore and this isn't an issue
in Linux) but here's what they say.
