One solution would be to persuade your correspondent to either send the original message as an email itself, or by using sms to email gateway services, which can be found with a quick search Two I'm aware of, and have sent myself a couple of their trial messages, are AQL and Connectotel http://sms2email.com/ http://www.connectotel.com/sms/mmail.html These gateway services are free when done in this direction. Replying by email to text you need an account as they charge, but it looks like you're avoiding that.
