From: richard on 1 Apr 2010 13:45 I must have bought Office 2003, pre installed some years ago and now I cannot use its features, which I suspect is attributable to me failing to activate the software (an error and not intentional). Unsurprisingly for me, the online activation won't work and I cannot find any UK contact details. Would someone please advise me what to do. Thank you.
