From: Rave Review on 1 Apr 2010 14:30 I am getting a new computer and would like to take outlook and office and reinstall them on the new computer (old computer is running vista and the new one would be running 7). How would I go about the licenses change. Thanks in advance.

Uninstall from one computer, install on another. It's possible it may require phone activation.
