From: jennybear on 24 Nov 2006 15:48 I am not able to copy or cut copy within DreamWeaver 8. Error message OpenClipboard Failed keeps coming up.
From: Murray *ACE* on 24 Nov 2006 16:03 You can try this simple fix - Quit DW. Find this folder - C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration\WinFileCache-*.dat (these folders are normally hidden - you may have to use Explorer > Tools > Folder Options to unhide them) or on Mac - Library/Application Support/Macromedia/Dreamweaver 8/Configuration/MacFileCache-*.dat and delete it. Restart DW. From: Murray *ACE* on 6 Dec 2006 07:56 I have no idea. And, I don't know why it seems to happen so often to those who post here as newcomers, yet nobody I know as a regular has had it happen. I guess the next thing to try is a complete uninstall and reinstall. -- Murray --- ICQ 71997575 Adobe Community Expert (If you *MUST* email me, don't LAUGH when you do so!) ================== http://www.dreamweavermx-templates.com - Template Triage! http://www.projectseven.com/go - DW FAQs, Tutorials & Resources http://www.dwfaq.com - DW FAQs, Tutorials & Resources http://www.macromedia.com/support/search/ - Macromedia (MM) Technotes ================== "Sefdsdf" <webforumsuser(a)macromedia.com> wrote in message news:el6e0s$gv9$1(a)forums.macromedia.com... >I have the same problem and unfortunately, that did not work.
