From: J B on 10 Feb 2010 09:32 I currently have three phones on an Orange business a/c Two are OVP/VM, one costs 0 pm (dormant) and t'other under a fiver (my wife has expensive tastes!!) My phone is on 'Solo20' which is 23.50 pm (inc vat) I'm eligible to an 'early upgrade' now, but what they are offering is nowt special; or I can wait till 5th May, when I'll be out of contract and then they will hopefully offer me summat better. I'm sure that the offer will be based on my 'total average spend' so I'm probably best splitting the two OVP/VM ones. Which is the best way of doing this? Although it's still a business a/c I'm sort of 'retired' so maybe a personal a/c (or two) would be cheaper?? Suggestions? TIA -- J B

By the sound of it, you may be in 'Upgrade Investment Class 1' (there are 5 classes) on all 3 phones! I can easily find out for you if you wish - just email me at my full name with no dot at my business name dot com. Regards Simon Clark Business Telecoms

Yea, but they told me they would base it on the acount spend per phone, so one phone at 25 is better that three at 30 ........ isn't it? > I can easily find out for you if you wish - just email me Will do. -- J B

Only just, you would still be in band 1 or 2. If there is an Orange Clearance store near you you would have a fairly big range of handsets to choose from. Where in the UK are you? Regards Jon
