Using the referral code like that will get BexTech £2 worth of points to be added later, and no free credit for the applicant. Instead, when someone refers a friend, either by filling in the friend's details (name address, email address) on the web form or by ordering a SIM themself and then handing it over, when that sim is activated and topped up with £10, the new SIM holder gets £5 bonus credit, and the referrer gets £5 worth of points. The points are added to accounts twice a year, in May and November. So to get that £5 credit, first it's up to you or anyone else interested whether they are willing to give their personal details to someone they know only as a name on the internet, and then they still need to add credit anyway (something that none of the advertisers on for example gumtree have remembered to mention). If anyone is, it might be worth asking someone with a grasp of the system, and who has a real email address visible on here ...
