From: nbowman on 2 Apr 2010 10:52 Hi Brian, Thanks for your help. No fields are empty. During the testing scenario the TO: field had my email address in it. If he performs another send/receive the emails do not get sorted either. He now has 392 of these "unsorted" emails. The only apparent way to get the emails to sort correctly is by clicking on the emails individually. Yes, he is subscribed to the Sent Items folder. Current View: IMAP Messages Thanks, Nick "Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: > "nbowman(a)pccc.com" <nbowmanpccccom(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:3916DB13-4231-4D68-9977-55B984C1C54C(a)microsoft.com... > > > The user said, "If I click on an already open email, it does not open and > > sort “UNOPENED” emails. > > Again, what field is empty that shouldn't be?
