From: Crisco on 22 Jan 2009 13:06 I have setup the IT Training room as a resource mailbox. When a meeting request is initiated the users at the IT Service Center will get the email to approve the meeting time. They do get the email and they are able to accept the requests, the problem is they do not see the meeting on the IT Training room calendar after they accept the meeting request. If you use Outlook 2003 you can see the meeting on the calendar. There must be something in Outlook 2007 that is not letting them see the updates to the calendar.

From: Crisco on 23 Jan 2009 08:22 Do you have any specifics? Are there any hotfixes to resolve these problems?
From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 23 Jan 2009 08:34 Are they using cached exchange? Can they see it if they don't use cached mode? I thought there was a KB that covered this but I can't find it. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
