I want a master calendar for all selected to share. I as the admin created a
master calendar and gave access to those needing it. But it has my name on
it. Have I created this wrong? it's shared and has our firm name and all but
it also has my name next to it. Anyway to get rid of that?

Where do you create it? If its in your mailbox, it will have your name and
you can't remove it. Use a public folder instead.
