Help How are you sending it? In what format? If you change formats, does it make a difference? Do you have an antivirus program scanning outgoing mail or does she have one scanning incoming mail? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

The message is not getting sent as RTF or the TNEF encoding is getting deleted. Double click on your wife's address in the to field and set it to always use RTF. If this doesn't fix it and you use Exchange at work, then the work server is converting all RTF messages to html. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Do you sync your mailbox with a smartphone or pda? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=39473 "Frank" <user(a)msgroups.net/> wrote in message news:OTcv8HE0KHA.1236(a)TK2MSFTNGP06.phx.gbl... > when i send a meeting invite from my work 2007 outlook to my wifes 2007 > outlook email address, the invite appears as an email - with no option to > accept and does not enter onto her calendar.
