User try to send a meeting update - clicks on "send update" she gets the
error message "unable to send to one or more delegates" when she clicks ok
she is asked if she would like to send out the update anyway. she clicks yes
and then she get the error "an unexpected error has occured"
User tries to send a meeting update from her managers calendar.
