How do I sync Signatures and folders between different machines?
I use Outlook on two different machines and the set up is not synched correctly. My home version does not update when I add new folders on the work laptop and the signatures are not saved in the home PC version. The signatures were created on the laptop and saved there. Why does Outlook keep sending a message that says QUIT?
Outlook will periocically send a e-mail to a large number of addresses that only has the word QUIT in the body of the message. Eventually, after about 10 of these e-mails, my service provider freezes my account for 24 hours. Any idea what is causing this to happen? ... 2 Apr 2010 15:59

recipient cannot open my attachement

multiple user accounts share single email account
I have set up separate user account for each of my two kids, my wife and myself (4) with me the only one with admin rights. I want my wife and I to be able to share the same email account.
