Many times I have tried to schedule a meeting using Outlook 2003 Calendar and I try to schedule a Meeting Room as a Resource. Even though the Resource says it's availble for the desired time period, and I reserve it, other user's still see the resource as available and they are able to book the room as well. Cannot create an automatic rule for 'post to a folder'
I have a rule that states "meeting minutes" should be categorized green. It works for a manual "run rule now" and it also works for standard emails. Bookmarks take me away from email
I use "Actions > Send Web Page by E-mail". Then setup the bookmark, and a link to the bookmark in Outlook. This link takes the recipient to the web page (www.webpage.com#bookmark), rather than jumping them to that part of the email. My MS OUTLOOK e-mail does not always delete mail stored in the Deleted Items folder automatically when I close down even though I have ticked the box in Tools/Options/Other/General dialogue box to "empty the Deleted Items folder upon exiting".
