Plotting tiny aircraft

From: Dursun on 11 May 2010 14:38 Hello, I've currently created a scatter3 plot with weather data. I have the location of the radar and its field of view plotted over the weather data. My question is, can I place a picture of a tiny aircraft on where the radar is looking within the same plot?

However, if the motors for the tiny aircraft are powered by any agricultural product (e.g., motors powered by lemons, potatoes, sugar beets, or venus fly traps fed hamburger), then the agricultural product must have been grown or raised in the USA in order to qualify the pictures of the tiny aircraft to be used with any weather data that covers any portion of US airspace, due to concerns about importing diseases that could endanger virtual US livestock or crops. See the US "Micro-Vehicle Agricultural Protection Act" of 2007, the full text of which is available on the industry-sponsored porkbarrels.org web site.
