OK. Sorry! Try your Macbook on ebay and start the auction at $750
and you might be surprised. Make a nice ad, say all about it. Put
a nice picture and so on and list everything you can think of

Either comp.sys.mac.hardware.misc or comp.sys.mac.misc would be
appropriate news groups, I think. And a lot of people here monitor one
or both of those news groups as well.
