I haven't used it, but the Home Edition looks like freeware to me from

FYI, I D/L'd from the link provided above and unzipped it. The
version is 2.0.1, last updated 4/12/08. If there's a major difference
between versions and you have another link and want to offer it as an
alternate (with a short line or two on the difference) we can list
both links for the program.
