First of all, what version of PowerPoint are you using and what version of Windows? Next, please explain what you are trying to do in a little more detail. Do you have a screen print that you want to insert into PowerPoint and circle something (just use the drawing tools)? Do you have a PowerPoint that you want print a screen and somehow circle something in the printout? Do you want the circling to happen in slide show view? Do you want to print the screen and then use something (possibly outside of PowerPoint) to circle it?
