From: ECLiPSE 2002 on 1 Jun 2010 08:46 For some unknown reason, when I attempt to print some opened Inbox messages. i.e., File - the Print drop down menu selection is grayed out and printing is impossible. Anyone have an idea what causes this and how can it be resolved? TIA, Mary
From: Michael Santovec on 1 Jun 2010 16:09 So you are saying that for most messages you can print? Go to Tools, Options, Security and make sure that OE is set to the Restricted Zone. That will prevent OE from running scripts or ActiveX. One of those might be running in the problem messages and preventing the printing. -- Mike - http://TechHelp.Santovec.us "ECLiPSE 2002" <fdm2000(a)comcast.net> wrote in message news:cjv90658r84ap6j8dsubh5vkekofa1e1qc(a)4ax.com... > For some unknown reason, when I attempt to print some opened Inbox > messages. i.e., File - the Print drop down menu selection is grayed > out and printing is impossible. > > Anyone have an idea what causes this and how can it be resolved? > > TIA, > > Mary
From: PA Bear [MS MVP] on 1 Jun 2010 18:25 OT & FYI: microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.outlookexpress is not a newsgroup carried on the MS newsserver. microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress will soon be dropped from the MS newsserver, most likely before microsoft.public.windows.outlookexpress.general is dropped. See http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx -- OE-specific newsgroup (at least for now): news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-IE, Mail, Security, Windows Client - since 2002
