Hi -

A general question. Is there any limit on the number of tasks,
resources, assignments in a scheduled developed using Microsoft
Project 2007?

Not limits that matter.
If there is a limit, whatever it is, I have never encountered it.

I recall that these spec numbers are in Help somewhere. They are *very
big*.

The limits are published. Somewhere around a million or so. However the
practical limit is dependent on your computer. Adding additional RAM will
give the most benefit in improving performance as project loads the schedule
into memory to work with it.

Here is some performance data showing how time to perform an operation
scales with number of tasks.
