You can have grammar check flag two spaces as an error, but there is no automatic replacement. If this is Word 2007, click the Office button, and then click Word Options. In the Proofing category, click the Settings button (under "When correcting spelling and grammar in Word"). -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "citizen53" <citizen53(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:963AA117-8549-4749-B337-A9E529627407(a)microsoft.com... > Is there a place where one can determine proofreading otions that correct > typing errors, and the way to change two spaces after a sentence to one? |
