You obviously don't have a respectable answer to that, so you snipped
and resorted to abuse and strawman arguments to distract, like:

IYO. You're beginning to sound like Ron May and Corliss: YOU want to
dictate what newsservers people are allowed to post thru on ACF.
The reason is simple:
Ron May had the low-life habit of firing off LARTS to news admins of
anybody who disagreed with him. Corliss is known to do the same thing.
That becomes difficult when remailers are used.

But at the same time, glazed-eyed wannabe members of the PWH cult (eg
Franklin / Stubbings - aka za kAT) who indulge in mass forgery and
disruption on ACF AND other newsgroups continue without you or any PWH
lacky saying "boo". That must tell objective onlookers what sort of
people PWH is home to.

It's the same old same old problem: you shoot the messenger, ignore the
message. THAT IS what got you at PWH into so much trouble a while back.

Faced with a ton of evidence of PWH malfeasance, instead of attending
to the issues and raising the game of PWH activities, you go into mass
denial like alcoholics, thinking that one more swig of koolaid will
solve the problem. It won't. You have to deal with the underlying
problem which is that conducting privately owned PWH website activities
on ACF is wrong wrong wrong. Hosting PL CD.ISOs for download around the
world without material evidence that the authors have sanctioned it is
wrong wrong wrong.

They are the issues YOU have to deal with from your hideout in
New Orleans :-)

Further evidence of what I've said above is that you completely snipped
all the FACTS in my previous post without a single response. I'm a nice
kinda guy, so perhaps you'd like a 2nd chance to face PWH reality.

Here goes:

BTW: here's a few facts from the last "Pricelessware List 2009".
You may learn something from reading them:

1, ~20 programs that appeared on the final PL were NOT nominated by
anyone. Some were nominated but then withdrawn, but Ron May included
them anyway. Go figure.

2, A whole bunch of world class freeware programs were never nominated
and didn't appear on the PL (some have a user base of 1 million plus).
Yet Pricelessware continues to describe its PL as "Best of The Best".
How so?

3, Other programs nominated were overtaken by better programs a long
time ago and cannot now be described as "best of the best".

4, ~10 of the nominees were sockpuppets of Franklin/Stubbings. Many
handles were abusive variations of other posters on the PWH Hate List.
Ron May claimed he would EXclude all sockpuppets but ignored his own
rule when the sockpuppets turned out to be PWH supporters.

5, Most other contributors are not regular posters to ACF and only
appear to vote. Several that come to mind chosen randomely:
iNcReDuLoUs, "Jack D Russell Sr" and "REM".

6, The person who hosts the downloadable CD.ISOs of the PL has never
been able to provide material evidence that the authors have approved
them for mass distribution for FREE or FEE. That makes his actions
unlawful. (that's YOU btw).

Just thought you'd like to know all that :-)
