I flashed my WRT54GL router with tomato. My CCrane Internet radio now seems
to have difficulty keeping connected to, and refinding, the network. I was
wondering if among the welter of settings, there are one or more that will
make the connection easier for the radio to maintain and/or reestablish
TIA

I've played with several of the alternative firmware's on that kit, and too
be honest, I think they all suck. None of them felt close to finished to
me, I had all kinds of issues. I reflashed back to the Linksys firmware.

If you don't find the answer here, you probably should take a gander at
the Tomato resources. Btw, what version is this; 1.27 or the Beta?

It is the 1.27 version. Thanks for the links. Sadly my EGO* quotient keeps
going up as my intelligence quotient keeps going down. Really hoped to pick
a brain. Thanks for your reply.

You might want to check the wireless section and see what output power
the transmitter is set to use. The default may be set lower than what
your situation needs.
