discussion that would take place in the proposed group over the long
run, GIVEN THAT THE IPAD ISN'T RELEASED YET?

Please, please, please count hype messages as if they were Justification.

Am I being too subtle? Justification is not a difficult concept, but exactly
zero people discussing the RFD and pre-RFD and pre-Proposal can wrap their
heads around it.
