I have Report Server installed on a two-machine web server cluster.
Myself as well as some other users can access and run reports, but
others cannot. They receive an error when first navigating to the
report site stating "The encrypted value for configuration setting DSN
could not be decrypted".

In the Event Viewer on web server giving me troubles I get this
error:
"The encrypted value for Configuration/LogonDomain in the D:\Program
Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Reporting Services\ReportServer
\RSReportServer.config file cannot be decrypted.

I have attempted to run the rsconfig.exe utility, but I get an error-
"Error: HRESULT=0x8004F992 For more information, see the event log in
the Event Viewer.

I have used the rsconfig.exe utility in the past, so I am fairly
confident that I have executed it correctly.

So...What should I do? Is there a way to fix the config file so I can
get this up and running? Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I reinstalled Reporting services on the machine that was causing me
troubles. Now everything is working great!
