I have a very strange thing happening with RWW on a network where I just
successfully installed a godaddy cert.

After installing the cert last night I have been able to RWW into the
network with no issues. Then I receive a phone call from the company saying
that they still cannot access RWW. I tried it again from my network on
different computers and can access it just fine. I thought they were doing
something wrong until I went to another customers and tried it from there
and sure enough no access! Any ideas?

Need some more information
What Error(s) are you getting seeing?
Can you see the page, login? etc etc.

There really is no other information.

Just a 404 error page not displayed is all.

No, that's good info.

That's not a page not displayed - it's page not *found*.

So... can you connect locally (from a workstation)...
http://<servername>/remote
?
