Thanks for your post and Russ' input.

As Russ indicated early, based on customers feedback and our experience, it is a known issue of Symantec Endpoint that installed on the SBS server. However, if the issue only occurs on particular
client computer, I'd suggest you check the firewall/anti-virus software installed on the problematic client computer and try a Clean Boot if possible, since the error usually occurs when there is any
application conflict or prevent the ClientAgent.vbs script from running.

BTW, please check if there is any RWW related error messages in Event log on the client.
