As Russ indicated early, based on customers feedback and our experience, it is a known issue of Symantec Endpoint that installed on the SBS server. However, if the issue only occurs on particular client computer, I'd suggest you check the firewall/anti-virus software installed on the problematic client computer and try a Clean Boot if possible, since the error usually occurs when there is any application conflict or prevent the ClientAgent.vbs script from running. How to perform a Clean Boot in Windows XP <http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;310353> BTW, please check if there is any RWW related error messages in Event log on the client.
