From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 20 Feb 2010 22:23 Do you have duplicates of Tasks or messages and other flagged items? If tasks, are they duplicated in Task folders? Did you try deleting the duplicates? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM How many email accounts are in your main Outlook profile? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=36602 "Loves2Dance4Fun" <loves2dance4fun(a)gmail.com> wrote in message news:e7dfdc95-c77d-4a02-b61f-3e5da05bf7e7(a)g28g2000yqh.googlegroups.com... > ok. but Tasks in not the problem. From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 20 Feb 2010 22:25 BTW - if you don't want them showing in the todo list, create a filter for them. But - the easiest way to remove true duplicates is to delete them. I'd probably mark the duplicates complete and set a filter to hide completed items. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM How many email accounts are in your main Outlook profile? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=36602 "Loves2Dance4Fun" <loves2dance4fun(a)gmail.com> wrote in message news:e7dfdc95-c77d-4a02-b61f-3e5da05bf7e7(a)g28g2000yqh.googlegroups.com... > On Feb 18, 4:02 pm, "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" <outlook...(a)msn.com> wrote: >> On tasks you need to either delete or mark complete.
