From: Loves2Dance4Fun on 17 Feb 2010 13:04 I used ODIR.exe to delete all my duplicate appointments and tasks. However, I now notice I have many duplicates in my To Do List, and ODIR doesn't offer the option of removing Red Flags. I did some research but couldn't find an answer. Apparently, each Task is automatically Red Flagged by default. So, is there an easy way to remove all the flags from my Tasks (without deleting the Tasks) so I don't have so many To Dos? Also, is there some way to change the default. Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Seems to me you already asked this as part of your initial thread. Continue in the same thread. No need to ask again. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

Clear is NOT an option on right click. Right click gives me several different time periods, mark complete, or delete. This is so on both Tasks and ToDo List.
From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 18 Feb 2010 18:02 On tasks you need to either delete or mark complete.
